Our Children’s Ministry Purpose
Our Children’s Ministry exists to partner with families in helping kids grow in their relationship with Jesus in a way that is fun, safe, and meaningful. Everything we do is built on three core goals:
1. Love God
We want children to know who God is, develop a personal relationship with Jesus, and learn what it means to worship Him with their lives.
2. Love People
We teach kids to show kindness, compassion, and respect to others as they grow in understanding how to love their neighbors well.
3. Learn the Word
Scripture is at the center of everything we do. We help children understand the Bible in age-appropriate ways and hide God’s Word in their hearts.
Beyond our weekly Wednesday and Sunday gatherings, we are intentional about creating additional opportunities for connection and community through special events, activities, and family-focused gatherings. These moments help build lasting relationships between children, families, and leaders outside of regular service times.
We are also deeply committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Every space is prepared with care so that parents can feel confident and children can learn, play, and grow in a secure setting.
Safe
Every classroom has a glass door so that parents can see their children at all times. Children's workers are vetted and background checks are completed on all staff.
Clean
We clean and sanitize all rooms and toys after every meeting to ensure your child has the best experience.
Welcoming
Our staff and volunteers love children and will weclome each and every child!
Welcome to Friendship Village!
Friendship Village – Indoor Play & Community Space
Friendship Village is a special extension of our Children’s Ministry created with families in mind, especially moms in the postpartum and early parenting season of life.
This interactive indoor play space is designed for children ages 0–5, providing a safe, welcoming environment where little ones can play and explore while caregivers relax and connect. It is a free space for moms to bring their children, enjoy a cup of coffee and a light snack, and take a moment to unwind alongside other women who are in the same season of life.
Friendship Village is more than just a play area—it’s a place for community, encouragement, and connection. We desire to create space for relationships to grow beyond Sundays and Wednesdays through intentional gatherings, open play times, and special events.
